Magnificent views of the three bridges and amazing wildlife

Immerse yourself in the awe-inspiring magnitude of the Forth Bridge, the Forth Road Bridge and the Queensferry Crossing, all whilst our informative commentary shares the rich history and significance of this remarkable region.
On the way to Inchcolm Island, you may even be able to catch a view of the iconic Edinburgh skyline. See if you can make out Edinburgh Castle, Arthur’s Seat and the Pentland Hills that act as a stunning backdrop to the city. Once the ‘Maid’ departs from Inchcolm, we will follow the Fife coastline back towards the bridges, sailing under all three, giving you the chance to enjoy their magnificent experience from a unique angle!
Our commentary is in English only, but we can provide printed translations from the ticket office/gift shop upon request.
Experience a wealth of wildlife as the 'Maid' nears Inchcolm, sailing close to the resident Grey Seal colony on the ‘Haystack Rock’ and an array of impressive seabirds, including Fulmars, Guillemots, Razorbills and Cormorants. With a bit of luck, you may even catch a glimpse of Dolphins, Porpoises or the occasional Whale as they navigate the waters near Inchcolm.
Puffin season lasts from April until July, when these quirky little birds make their nests and raise their chicks, or Pufflings as they are known. These can usually be spotted in the water around Inchcolm Island and up on the cliffs as we approach. They are easily recognisable by their bright beaks and struggled flight.
