We have our special RSPB cruises in June  and July  to get up close and personal with our nesting birds.

And dont forget you can book a wedding on Inchcolm or hold your party with us too!

Hope to see you all soon!

The Maid is looking all shiny and new , staff and crew all ready for a good season. Hope we get some good sunny days ahead ! We all look forward to seeing you through the season on one of our day or evening cruises .

June 2014

Well underway with our new season now, we had a busy winter, we revamped our ticket office on the Hawes Pier, complete refit of the gents toilets on board the Maid, fitted one brand new engine to the Maid.  A massive amount of painting as usual, and the usual MCA surveys etc and we are now ramping up to every day sailings for the summer.  Weather has been kind to us on some days and nasty on others but that's Scotland for you and we love it!!  Looking forward to welcoming you all on board this year.

September 2013

Another season starting to come to an end, just a few more weeks left to come and enjoy a cruise, it has been a good season with some excellent weather in July and August. Our new Catamaran Seafari Explorer has been running well down at North Berwick. We have had some brilliant wildlife sightings this year, a couple of schools of dolphins visited North Berwick over the summer and we had some Common dolphins jumping and playing around the Maid between the bridges at the start of September. Just a few more weeks of sailings to Inchcolm and then we have our 2 winter cruises this year in November to look forward to. Just hope this good weather holds up for a few more weeks!!

March 2013

About to start another season, hopefully the weather will be a bit kinder to us than it was last year, we are looking forward to an exciting season, our brand new boat Seafari Explorer has been delivered and we can't wait to get her started over the easter weekend.  She will be running out of North Berwick Harbour offering trips round the Bass Rock.  She can carry 55 passengers and has a cruising speed of 20 knots - very impressive vessel and we look forward to welcoming lots of people on board.

The 'Maid' has been in Grangemouth drydock this winter getting the entire hull shotblasted and painted which should see her good for another 15 years or so before it has to be done again.  We have fully refurbished the Ladies toilets on board and along with the usual 'top to bottom' painting she is looking great for the start of the season.

We have had all the MCA inspections completed already this year so are all good to go for the start of the season on 29th March (Good Friday) - we hope to see you all soon

October 2012

Well thats about it for another season, last trips of the year to Incholm this weekend,  but we still have 2 winter cruises on our schedule, on the 13th and 17th November to look forward to. Hope you can come and join us.

We had some great trips, parties, weddings, wildlife sightings and sunsets this season, despite the rather dreich summer!  At the start of September 20 Pilot Whales arrived at the bridges for a wee visit, stayed around for about a week and it was spectacular to see these huge creatures so up close in the wild.  Definately the highlight of the season.  Remember and come and like our facebook page to be kept up to date with the latest goings on! Thanks.

June 2012

Well into the season now, Starting to get very busy now, our Fireworks cruise has sold out already which shows how popular this event is. Jazz cruises and Folk nights are all booking up fast, our RSPB crusies have been a great success again and are booking us fast. We are now live on Twitter so keep an eye on there and facebook for some great daily photos and special deals.

2nd April 2012

Puffins have arrived! - saw a raft of 7 puffins near Inchcolm on the last trip of the day on Sunday - also saw a brief glance of a Porpoise near the bridge - and the sun was shining too - great day.

March 2012

2012 season is under way. Boat is looking great after her winter refit, Forth Bridge is looking great after it's 10 year long paint job - No more scaffolding!! - Great time to come and enjoy a trip to Inchcolm.  Our Online booking system is now up and running so it has never been easier to book your ticket - just go to the timetable page and click on the sailing you wish to go on. - Hope to see you out with us soon

January 2012

The Annual Refit of the Maid is well underway at the moment - new windows in the saloon are just about ready to go in - then just lots of painting to be done to get her looking at her best for the start of the season.

November 2011

Well that is another season over now, loads of thanks to all you folk who came and enjoyed a trip with us this summer.

We are now taking a well deserved break before geting into our winter maintenance schedule.  Lots of jobs to do this winter , apart from the usual painting, engine overhauls, safety surveys etc. we are planning on replacing all the windows to the main saloon. - as the constant exposure to salt water is taking its toll on the aluminium frames of the existing ones.  This should brighten up the main saloon and make sure the Maid is looking at her best for the start of the 2012 season.
