1.5 Hour guided cruise around the fantastic Forth bridge, Forth Road Bridge and Queensferry Crossing
Join us as we look to explore the civil engineering of the landmark bridges that lie on the Forth of Forth. This spectacular 90 minute cruise, jointly hosted by volunteers of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), will provide a cruise under all three Forth Bridges and around the other major engineering sites such as Hound Point Oil Terminal and Rosyth Dockyard.
It is by far the best way to view the magnificent engineering of the Forth Bridge, the Forth Road Bridge and the Queensferry Crossing.
As part of this trip we will have a speaker from the construction industry providing a specialist commentary about the structures, the historical context of the bridges, how the bridges work and how they have transformed our lives.
The trip is a fantastic opportunity for a family day out on the Firth of Forth where those of all ages can learn something new about these landmarks engrained in Scottish history and the civil engineering behind them.
