Maid of the Forth

Enjoy a 3 hour evening cruise featuring live music, our legendary Jazz cruises have been running for over 23 years now and still prove extremely popular with audiences of all ages.

In 2009 we discovered a brilliant local Folk band 'Pure Malt' who played a couple of nights on the boat, due to their popularity it has become a regular event on the boat.  They play a brilliant range of traditional and contemporary Scottish and Irish folk music and create a fantastic atmosphere, especially when the whole boat is singing along to traditional classics such as 'Whiskey in the Jar'.

The majority of our evening cruises depart from the Hawes Pier, South Queensferry, but occasionally when the tides suit we offer departures from Alloa Quayside, where we cruise upriver along the 'windings' all the way up to Stirling.

On all of our evening cruises we offer an optional tasty BBQ chicken supper to enjoy on board during the cruise. (must be pre-booked)

Please see our timetable for dates of our scheduled evening cruises
