- All sailings are subject to minimum passenger numbers and favourable weather condtions at the discretion of the captain.
- The captain reserves the right to cancel, alter or amend the sailing route without notice .
- On landing trips, unless otherwise agreed with the Captain, passengers are allowed 1½ hours approx on Inchcolm. Passengers who fail to return on their scheduled sailing will be charged the costs incurred in their recovery.
- Unfortunately due to Maritime safety regulations we are unable to carry wheelchairs.
- Buggys and Pushchairs are welcome, although may have to be collapsed to embark or disembark the boat.
- Only Alcohol purchased from the ships bar may be consumed on board.
- Dogs are welcome on the boat and on Inchcolm but must be kept on a leash.
- It is an offence to tamper with or interfere with any safety or lifesaving equipment on board, passengers will be held liable for the replacement / re- service costs to any equipment if damaged.
- Tickets are non refundable but may be transferred to another sailing free of charge if there is sufficient capacity. Full refund will be given in the event of the sailing being cancelled.
